This Privacy Policy explains how Improve Your Presence, doing business as Foundation Marketers (“Foundation Marketers,” “we,” “us” or “our”), collects, uses and shares information when you use FoundationMarketers.com (the “Website”) and our services.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you fill out a form, request a free search check or buy our services, you give us personal information such as your name, company name, email address, phone number, website and mailing address. Payment information for monthly billing is collected and processed by our third-party payment processor. We do not store it ourselves.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Website, we collect internet activity information through cookies and similar technologies, such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, pages viewed, time on the Website and referring sites, plus your general location based on your IP address.
2. How we use your information
- To provide our services: to answer your requests, run your free search check, process monthly billing and deliver the marketing services you buy.
- To communicate with you: to respond to your questions, send account and service notices and, with your consent, send marketing messages by email, phone or text.

3. How we share information

Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time, or reply HELP for help.
Do Not Call. We honor the National Do Not Call Registry, state do-not-call lists and our own internal do-not-call list, except where you have given us express consent or where the law otherwise allows contact, such as an existing business relationship.
Opting out. You can opt out at any time by any reasonable means. Use the unsubscribe link in any email, reply STOP to any text, tell us during a call, or contact us at (615) 606-3004 or [email protected]. We will honor your request within 10 business days. Opting out of marketing does not stop email or phone messages about services you have already bought.
Your mobile information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure or alteration. We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy, unless the law requires or allows a longer period.
